In short
Ads Destroyer is an arcade game that does not require an account, name, email address or precise location.
- Scores, statistics, sound and vibration settings remain in private storage on your device.
- Google AdMob may supply banners in three fixed slots above the gameplay battlefield; these ads are separate from the fictional ad enemies and never affect score, health, rewards or progression.
- Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents privacy choices where required.
Controller and scope
The controller is Jonathan Marcel MONDAUT — Entrepreneur Individuel (EI), 3 avenue de la République, APT G32, 92230 Gennevilliers, France, SIRET 109 251 801 00014. Contact mondautjonathan@gmail.com or +33 7 69 32 01 82.
This policy applies to the Android application Ads Destroyer, package com.jackofalltrades.adsdestroyer. The general privacy policy covers the publisher's website and other services.
Data stored on your device
The game stores the best score, games played, destroyed and missed ad counts, sound and vibration preferences, and your coarse 13–17 or 18+ age-range choice locally. The age range is used only to apply protected advertising treatment before any ad request. The publisher does not receive or synchronise this data. Clear the application's data or uninstall it to erase it.
Google AdMob advertising and consent
Google AdMob may process the Android advertising identifier, IP address, device and operating-system information, app and ad interactions, impressions, diagnostics, and approximate location inferred from the IP address. Ads Destroyer does not collect or transmit precise location.
Up to three clickable 320×50 banners may appear in fixed slots above the battlefield. Their space is reserved outside the gameplay input area, and interacting with a real advertisement has no effect on score, health, damage, rewards, spawning or progression. No advertising banner is shown on the main menu.
Before any advertising initialization, a neutral screen asks whether the user is 13–17 or 18+. The coarse choice remains on the device and can be changed in Settings; the teen path receives protected under-age ad treatment. Where required, UMP then asks for consent before eligible ad requests. The game does not initialise Mobile Ads until UMP permits requests, and Settings lets you reopen available privacy choices. Refusing personalised advertising does not restrict gameplay; contextual or non-personalised ads may be used instead.
The release targets teenagers and adults, is not directed at children, and filters ad content to Google's Teen level or below; mature-adult content is excluded.

Purposes and legal bases
- Operating the game and saving preferences — performance of the digital-content contract.
- Contextual advertising, security, fraud prevention and frequency control — legitimate interests in funding and protecting the service, subject to applicable consent rules.
- Personalised advertising and access to an advertising identifier — consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
- Answering support or rights requests — legitimate interest or compliance with a legal obligation.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC receive advertising and consent data for AdMob and UMP. Google may process data outside the EEA using applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Local game data remains until app data is cleared or the game is uninstalled. UMP retains consent choices until they expire, are reset or changed. Google retains advertising and diagnostic data under its own published retention rules. Support correspondence may be retained for up to three years after the last exchange.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact mondautjonathan@gmail.com. You may also complain to the CNIL at cnil.fr.
Because local game data is not linked to an account, the publisher cannot retrieve it; you control it by clearing app data or uninstalling. Advertising choices can be changed through Settings and Android's advertising controls.
Children
Ads Destroyer is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. It is not offered through Google Play's Designed for Families programme or a Kids category. Teen selections receive protected advertising treatment before an ad request.
The publisher does not knowingly collect personal data from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied data can contact mondautjonathan@gmail.com to request deletion.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the application, processing or law changes. Material changes will be reflected here and in the relevant store declarations before release.
